If you’re an avid viewer of MSNBC or a regular reader here at Chai Life, you’re probably already aware that a month or so ago, Republican candidate for Governor of Wisconsin Scott Walker’s spokesman made first place in Keith Olbermann’s “Worst Persons” list. Well, this time Walker earned that top spot for himself.

It seems ridiculous that a legitimate candidate would release something in such a huge typeface and boast that it is 68 pages, but see for yourself. He’s so proud of it that he even mentioned its 68 page length in the file name, typed it in all-caps, and stuck an exclamation point at the end.
