Mac OS X 10.6.2 Update Available
Mac users everywhere should click on the ‘ole Apple menu, choose ‘Software Update’ and apply the newest patch for Snow Leopard, bumping the version up to 10.6.2. The update is available for client and server versions of the OS and includes over 100 fixes, including the infamous guest account issue that deletes the main user’s home directory. Other changes of note include Spotlight searching of Exchange accounts, known issues with four-finger swipes on touchpads, and smaller fixes for font handling, printing, graphics, MobileMe, Mail, and probably tons of other stuff that hasn’t yet been fully uncovered.
